Our services

Acupuncture
Do you have pain, sleep issues or digestive issues? Acupuncture is an effective and accessible form of medicine used to treat a variety of issues. It works well in combination with your traditional methods of treatment. That means you can get acupuncture, see your doctor, and get better faster.  Learn more >

Moxa & Cupping
There are even more ways to live pain free and de-stress! Cupping is much like a reverse massage that is used to treat tight and painful muscles. Moxa is a heat modality that we use to treat fatigue, joint pain, and muscle pain.  Learn more >

Herbal Medicine
Herbs are a very cost effective way to prolong your treatments. How do they work? Remember when your mom made you sip honey for a sore throat? Or your grandma drank peppermint tea? It’s the same concept. When we use what nature gave us, we reap the benefits. Learn more >

Nutritional Therapy
What’s the one thing you do everyday and love? EAT! Learn more about how making a few changes in what you grab at the grocer can be the most affordable way to getting healthy.  Learn more >

Alisha Bynum Licensed Acupuncturist

Alisha Bynum, MSOM, L.Ac. is a seasoned acupuncturist and herbalist specializing in pain relief, women’s health, and emotional wellness. After graduating at the top of her class in Graphic Design at Montana State University, she advanced from designer to creative director within a few short years. After 10 years in marketing and design she was inspired to pursue acupuncture.

Alisha graduated from Southwest Acupuncture College in 2013 with a Master’s of Oriental Medicine. This program was comprised of over 3,000 hours of classroom study along with over 1,100 hours of clinical training. She is certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. Formally the secretary, she is now Vice President of the Wyoming Acupuncture Society which has been key to passing state regulatory law and perpetuating the practice of acupuncture throughout Wyoming.

A Wyoming native, Alisha has lived in Montana, Colorado, Texas and traveled the globe including Central America, Canada, and Europe. But she always returned home, finding she couldn’t shake her unbridled love of the Wyoming life and landscape, as well as the hard-working, down-to-earth folks that live here.

When a close friend in her hometown became ill, the lack of palliative and natural health care resources was apparent. After the loss of her friend, she was inspired to pursue the healing arts versus fine art. She left her previous career in 2010 and started her acupuncture education. This synergy between creativity and care is what makes Alisha unique. She uses the communication and problem solving skills learned in advertising and business development to serve her patients compassionately, concisely and creatively. Her goal is to create genuine and positive changes in her patients lives.

Alisha likes to spend as much time as possible on Wyoming’s back roads – exploring and meeting folks. She likes to fly fish, hike, ride horses, and paddle board – anything that gets her outside. She travels extensively but always makes it home to Wyoming.
